Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style for most product categories (100 sets per style for tracksuits). Custom teamwear has a lower MOQ of 15 sets per team, with no minimum per size. Sampling lead time is 7–14 business days. Bulk production lead time is typically 30–45 business days after approval of samples and receipt of purchase order. Reorder lead time is 20–30 business days. Lead times may vary based on order volume and seasonal production schedules.

Yes. Private-label manufacturing is one of our core services. We manufacture garments under your brand name — from your woven labels and hangtags to custom packaging and export-ready cartons. We do not sell finished goods under the Beyond Detail name to end consumers.

Yes. We are a full-package OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partner. We can work from your tech packs, sketches, or reference samples to manufacture garments exactly to your specifications, with your branding, in your required quantities.

Yes. We handle complete private-label packaging including woven neck labels, main labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, polybags with barcode stickers, and carton packing with buyer-specified shipping marks. We can also source custom packaging materials on request.

Yes. We offer proto samples, fit samples, size sets, and pre-production (PP) samples. Sampling lead time is typically 7–14 business days per round. Sample costs are charged separately but can be adjusted against bulk order charges on confirmation.

Absolutely. We work from buyer tech packs, CADs, sketches, mood boards, and reference samples. If you need help developing a tech pack, our team can assist. Please share as much detail as possible — measurements, fabric specs, construction notes, and artwork.

Yes. We manufacture export-ready production for international buyers. We supply to buyers in the UK, USA, Europe, UAE, Australia, and other markets. We coordinate with freight forwarders for door-to-port and FOB shipments and provide all necessary export documentation.

Yes. We provide FOB (Free On Board) pricing from Karachi or Lahore ports. For accurate FOB pricing, we need product specifications, fabric type, quantity, and required lead time. Contact us or use the quote form to request pricing.

We accept international bank wire transfers (TT – Telegraphic Transfer). Payment terms are typically 30–50% advance with balance before shipment, or as agreed on Letter of Credit (LC) for larger orders. Our banking details are shared only with verified buyers after order confirmation or proforma invoice — they are not published on our website.

Yes. We can provide factory photos, facility videos, and production process documentation. For verified buyers, we also welcome factory visits by appointment. Our Buyer Resources page has further information on requesting a buyer pack.

We provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and GSP/EUR1 certificates for eligible markets. For certification inquiries (OEKO-TEX, ISO, etc.), please contact us directly. Certification documents are available to verified buyers on request.
